‘Our dream came true in 18 years’
Shilpa said, “I always dreamed of getting married and becoming a mother of a daughter. We waited 18 years to become parents. We wanted to become parents long ago but it was too late. However, we are happy today. Our parenting duties have begun. It’s done. We are enjoying this phase of waking up at night and lulling the crying daughter back to sleep. We have named her Ishani because it is another name of Maa Durga and Maa Parvati. We are feeling God’s grace.”
Ishani was born on October 14
Apoorva said, “Ishani was born on October 14 and she is God’s blessing to us. We were very happy with each other for the last 18 years but deep in our hearts we wanted to be parents. After a long wait our dream has come true.”

Apoorva expressed this wish for his daughter
Apoorva is loving this new role of his and is doing his daddy duty very well. He continued, “Isha doesn’t miss a beat. I love feeding her and burping her. I think things just happen when they’re meant to happen. 2022 has been a great year because now we’re three.” . I want Isha to become a strong young woman and take up adventure sports like her father (laughs).”

Shilpa and Apoorva are enjoying every moment with their daughter. He said, “God’s grace is upon us. We have always been grateful to God for whatever He has given us and now it has doubled.”
