Review

We’ve seen a lot of love stories on screen. This love story is mostly like one. Meet the boy-girl. A little romance happens. At first, there is resentment.

Then a quarrel ensues. Patchups occur and breakups occur. But here everything is different. Meet the boy-girl. The girl has a past, which is the biggest problem for Manu.

Manu is a match man. The human character is cool. Who has changed his life with full courage? Man has now become what he wanted to be. He is proud of his new identity and also of his freedom.

This is the story of the adventure of accepting one’s own ‘reality’. But will society and his family accept his ‘choice’? Will he no longer live in his ordinary world?

Director Abhishek Kapoor comes to the point more directly

Director Abhishek Kapoor comes to the point more directly than showing romance around a tree in the film. After interviewing Manu, his friends, and his family, the director takes them straight into the human world.

Gradually the past of man is revealed. As they prepare for the ‘truth’ of man, they also realize Manu’s thoughts, his shock, his disbelief, and his fears.

Which prevents him from knowing more about the girl he loves so much. But when that moment comes Manu handles himself and the situation. There is not much drama in it.

Abhishek has raised a serious issue in the film. Also made it fun with comedy. Wherever the issue has been raised, it has been shown with sensitivity, seriousness, and maturity. He has involved every party involved in the subject.

Supratik Sen and Tushar Paranjape have done a good job on screenplay and dialogues. Some scenes are very good. Whether it is the Munjal family forcing Manu to marry, waiting for his widowed father (Girish Dhamija) to marry a Muslim girlfriend, the human father (Kanwaljit Singh) supporting the daughter’s choice, or the sisters’ habit of interfering in Manu’s life … everyone The screenplay in the scene is tight and this keeps you hooked

Acting

Ayushman Khurana has played his role well. The hard work he put in for the role is visible. Ayushman wins everyone’s heart in the role of a boy from Chandigarh.

Vani Kapoor has maintained a flow in his character from beginning to end. In some scenes, it falls heavily on all the other characters. The chemistry of speech and life is tremendous.

Gaurav and Gautam Sharma win hearts in the role of Manu’s twin brothers. Manu’s grandfather Anjan Srivastava, Kanwaljit Singh, Tanya Abrol, Girish Dhameja have brought Ronak in supporting roles.
