Fans questioned Falguni whether she will file a case against Neha Kakkad for the remake of this song. When Falguni was also asked this question in an interview, she said with disappointment, “I wish I could but I don’t have the rights to the original song.” Meaning, since Falguni does not own the rights to the song, he cannot take any legal action against the makers of ‘O Sajna’.
