In a recent interview, Fawad said that he underwent a physical transformation during ‘The Legend of Maula Jat’, so he gained a lot of weight for his role. However, it was very difficult for Fawad and he had to be admitted to the hospital and took 3 months to recover.

Fawad’s kidneys have stopped working
Fawad cautioned his fans about this and said that this step has been very harmful for him. People should know that when you make such a decision, your health is greatly affected. He had to be hospitalized in just 10 days. I had to be hospitalized because my kidneys stopped working. It took 3 months for him to fully recover.

Example given by Aamir and Christian Bale
Fawad Khan has diabetes, which has affected his health a lot. Fawad said, ‘I’m no Christian Bale but I tried to be like him. Aamir Khan did too.’ It may be mentioned here that Christian Bale gained 20 kilograms for his character in the film ‘Vice’ and for this role he also won the Best Actor Oscar Award in 2018. On the other hand, Aamir gained around 30 kilograms for his character in the film ‘Dangal’. Apart from this, Aamir also lost weight again to make himself look younger in this film. ‘Dangal’ was Aamir Khan’s biggest hit film which was loved not only in India but also abroad.
