Nikki Tamboli’s statement was recorded by ED on 15 December 2021 itself. Pinky said he contacted her through WhatsApp in 2018. The ED charge sheet states that ‘Pinky Irani said that she wanted to meet him with his South Indian producer friend and he wanted to make a film with her. This happened in April, 2018. Nikki had booked two flight tickets saying she had to go to Delhi to meet Sukesh alias Shekhar and the next day they went to Delhi’.

BMW car reached Tihar Jail
After coming from Delhi, she reached Tihar Jail in a BMW car and then entered the campus in an Innova car. “There was no security checking and he was not even asked about his ID,” the charge sheet said. Nikki went up the stairs with Pinky, where Sukesh introduced himself as Shekhar. He said he was in jail for some scam and added that he would get bail in August 2018. Nikki further added that she met him only twice and that too inside Tihar Jail.

Chahat Khannan said that Sukesh is the owner of South Indian channel

The ED has said in its charge sheet that ‘in 2018, Chahat Khanna met Sukesh in Tihad Jail, which he kept as his office. Pinky Irani gave two lakhs in cash and also gave a blue colored varchas bag’, ED also recorded Chahat Khanna’s statement on December 16, 2021, in which he said that in January and February 2018, Pinky had called him and that it was his friend Sukesh’s fund. She said she wanted to be a part of the racing event, which could not happen. Pinky said her name is Angel. He is said to own a talent agency with branches in Los Angeles, Dubai and Mumbai. He also said that he is also a lawyer by profession. In 2018, Pinky asked a fan to meet Sukesh. He had booked tickets for both of them.

The ED has said in the charge sheet, ‘A BMW car arrived at Delhi Airport, sitting in it, both reached Gate No. 3 of Tihad Dal. Then the car was changed. Pinky asked Chahat to walk with his head down so that his face would not be captured on CCTV. They were not checked there nor asked for ID. Many gadgets, big TV, play station, Apple bluetooth speakers, several laptops, sofa, recliners, cooler, fridge, phone, Rolex watch, some expensive bags were lying where Sukeshan had kept them’.

Pinky said her real name is Afreen
Sukesh told Chahat that someone has framed him in election voting scam so he is in jail and will be released in 4-5 days. Sukesh also said that he is a relative of Jayalalitha. The chargesheet said that Pinky alias Ajnal told Chahat that his real name was Afrin Khan. He was given 2 lakhs in cash and a Gucci bag. Pinky also showed some articles to Chahat.
