Jyoti Sharma, who became a household name after playing the role of ‘Tejaswini’ in the serial ‘Aisi Diwangi Dekhi Nahin Kahin’ tied the knot with professional creative director Tusshar Bhardwaj on December 2 in Delhi. In an exclusive conversation with our partner Times of India, the actress said, ‘It’s a wonderful thing to get married. It happened just as we had dreamed. We were preparing for this special day of life for a long time. Not only our family and we but also our friends were extremely happy. His presence made the moment more beautiful and memorable. We had no idea how the three days passed. We were all busy and danced with them. In fact, our friends told us, this was probably the first time they had seen a bride and groom equally involved and enjoying a wedding without sitting like a showpiece and staring at everyone. It was like a three-day mini vacation for all of us’.

Tusshar is working on three consecutive shows along with Punyalok Ahilya. So, he cannot take leave now. We will plan the honeymoon later’, he replied.

Ready to make a comeback after a two-month vacation
The actress, who was last seen in the serial ‘Ram Pyare Sirf Hamare’, does not want to extend her vacation. ‘I was resting at home for the last two months. I have been living in Mumbai for 11 years and wanted to spend some time with my family back home before getting married. Took a long break and now it’s time to get to work.
