Kajal Agarwal learned many things from the epidemic

‘The epidemic has been very difficult for me to understand the importance of family, relationships and self-love. How important it is for you to make time. That made sense to me. I realized how difficult it is to strike a balance between work and life. Meditation and exercise helped me a lot to stay positive. In the first lockdown, my mother and I were busy cooking. In the second wave, my mother-in-law taught me Bharat-Natyam, which was very difficult which helped me a lot. We are all in the same boat and it is very important for all of us to be functional.

My discipline helped me to stay calm, and I kept it. Whether I go to the shooting or not, I just wake up at six in the morning and I’m busy. My routine work helps me to keep my worries away, ‘said Kajal.

‘OTT has evolved a lot in the last few years. Apart from language and medium, good content always attracts viewers. However, I believe that no one else can take the experience of theater. Once Covid’s fears are allayed, people will definitely turn to theater, ‘said Kajal.
