‘Praise for Boogie Woogie Talent, today’s reality show looks fake’ Why did Javed Jaaferi say that? – boogie woogie fame javed jaaferi says todays reality shows look fake due to sob stories

Boogie Woogie, one of India’s first dance reality shows, had Javed Jaaferi, Naved Jafri and Ravi Behl as judges. The show has seemed a bit unfocused in recent episodes. In a recent interview with an entertainment portal, Javed Jaffrey explained the difference between ‘Boogie Woogie’ and the current reality show. Even today, 26 years later, Boogie Woogie has a distinct fan base.

Javed Jaffrey believes that the reality show coming up these days seems to be ‘fictional’. He told the news portal, “Every coin has its pros and cons. I personally think that the biggest advantage of this platform is that talented people get the opportunity. The disadvantage is that these shows sometimes seem unrealistic. ” Actor-Judge Javed Jaffrey believes that all reality shows these days look alike and fake.

Javed further said, “Everything in ‘Boogie Woogie’ was real, true and heartfelt, the show was not scripted.” The makers of the reality show use the contestants’ emotional story as a handle for TRP, and the issue has been hotly debated. Earlier, Singer Sonu Nigam had also said that the tragic stories of the contestants were the show’s ‘marketing strategy’.

While many older actors and actresses are making a comeback these days, Javed Jaffrey was also asked if he would be a part of TV again. Replying, Javed said that he remembers ‘Boogie Woogie’ but the comeback of the show is not in his hands. On the other hand, the comeback of ‘Takeshi Castle’ is being discussed. It is worth mentioning that Javed Jaffrey made a funny commentary in the show ‘Takeshi Castle’ and this is the reason why the show became so popular in India.

Speaking of work front, Javed Jaffrey will be seen with actor Nakul Mehta in the second season of an OTT show ‘Never Kiss Your Bestfriend’.
