Will Aryan Khan’s cruise drug case get more complicated after Prabhakar Sail’s death? Sensational allegations leveled at NCB and Samir Wankhede – aaryan khan drug case may impacted after prabhakar sails death
Prabhakar Sail was provided security by the police. The case of Samir Wankhede was so controversial that there was a lot of politics involved. As a result, Samir Wankhede was removed from the case. The court gave the NCB 60 days to file a chargesheet in the cruise drugs case. The NCB says the investigation is still ongoing. But there is also a side to this case that this case has completely disintegrated. Aryan Khan has been granted bail and so far the NCB has not found a single piece of evidence against Aryan Khan or his friend Arbaaz Merchant to prove that both were the main accused in drug trafficking.
Prabhakar Sail was one of the two judges in the Aryan Khan case. He had given an affidavit in the court that the bribe was sought from the NCB through Kiran Gosavi for not making a case against Shah Rukh Khan’s son. He claimed that a deal of Rs 25 crore was done for this. He had heard about giving Rs 8 crore to NCB zonal director Sameer Wankhede. Now that Prabhakar Sail has passed away, there will be no one to question the NCB’s investigation and proceedings in this case. However, his death did not end the investigation into the claims made by him. But the team that gathers the evidence or the evidence for it will have a hard time. In court, the lawyers and the NCB will have to defend Prabhakar Sail and himself.
Prabhakar Sail’s evidence was very important in this case. Prabhakar, who had been Kiran Gosavi’s bodyguard, had also handed over an affidavit to the police along with his claims. He claimed that he was involved in the case from 7.30 am on October 2 to the evening of October 3. He has seen all the events with the naked eye. Prabhakar Sail feared that the NCB might harm him. He therefore sought protection as well as disclosure.
